Caveman fuzz based on the vintage colorsound one knob fuzz circuit. I've an added an unusual feature of a voltage starve control to emulate a dying battery effect. Dial back the right hand knob to explore a range of textures from choked, gated and buzzy and crank it clockwise for wide open, thick, heavy fuzz.
Tuned perfectly for doom, this pedal will cover all your gnarly needs!
Built using vintage compnents, including BC108 transistors, audio grade capacitors including Mullard tropical fish, Sprague and Nichion and Morganite carbon comp resistors.
Hardware includes Alpha pots and foot switches, Neutrik jacks and vintage Bulgin knobs.
can be powered by a standard +9v centre negative adapter OR 9v battery. If a battery is installed, remove the input jack when not in use to save power.
Hand wired and painted by myself.
