If you're one of the many who've been begging me for a bass fuzz that retains more of the low end, you're gonna wanna kiss me..
RIVAL's main feature is a strong clean blend in parallel with a thick and heavy bass fuzz, so you can dial in the perfect mix of lows and clarity with your dirt! The lows really shine through with this one..
It's not just for you bassists though.. The 3 mode switch allows you to use the pedal as a bright and loud clean boost and also seperate the fuzz circuit from the blend so you can go 100% dirty!
This circuit is what happens when you take a simple bazz fuss (a diy circuit that's similar to a single gain stage from a Big Muff) tuned to my liking and extend it, adding extra circuitry that makes the clean blend possible.

Each unit in this tiny batch has been carefully hand built, acid splashed, scratched up, clear coated and hand wired by myself. Rival was designed in my garage (sorry neighbours!) and put together on my newly designed PCBs.
